General Presentation — Acceptance of Conditions

These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the "T&C") are a legal agreement between you ("you", "your" or "yours") and Aamako Maya Apps Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Nepal ("Company", "we" or "us"), concerning the use of the Amakomaya mobile application, the amakomaya.com website, the servers used by the application, the computer files stored on these servers, all related services, and all functionalities and related content offered by the Company (collectively referred to as the "Application").

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to determine the rules governing the use of the "Amakomaya" web and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") published by Aamako Maya Apps Pvt. Ltd.

By installing the Application on your mobile device, by accessing the Application directly from the website, and by creating an account, you unconditionally and unreservedly accept all the terms and conditions of use defined below. If you do not wish to accept these T&C, please do not access or use the Application. Any access to and/or use of the Application must therefore be in compliance with these T&C.

It is important to read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety before using the Application, and on a regular basis. They establish the contractual framework for the terms and obligations associated with downloading and/or using the web or mobile Application, its content, and its functionalities.

Definitions

The terms defined in this article have the meanings given below:

Application means the cross-platform application (iOS, Android) named "Amakomaya", edited and provided by Aamako Maya Apps Pvt. Ltd., giving access to the Services and programs offered by the Company and available free of charge. The Application includes pregnancy guidance, warning signs during pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum and baby care information, family support, and connection to care.

Content means, but is not limited to, the structure of the Application, editorial content, drawings, illustrations, images, photographs, graphic charts, trademarks, logos, acronyms, company names, audiovisual works, texts, concepts, multimedia works, visual content, audio and sound content, as well as any other content present within the Application and/or any other element making up the Application.

T&C means the general terms and conditions of use and the special terms and conditions of use of "Amakomaya" applicable to the information appearing on the dedicated Site and on the Application.

"Publisher" refers to Aamako Maya Apps Pvt. Ltd.

"Services" refers to the various functions and services offered by the Application.

"Site" refers to the official website of the Application at the following address: amakomaya.com.

"User" or "You" refers to any individual who has downloaded the Application for their own needs, for strictly personal use.

Purpose of the Application

The purpose of the Application is to enable the User to access relevant information about pregnancy and maternal and child health, to track their own pregnancy, and to receive information connecting them with appropriate care. The service is provided free of charge for personal and private use. Everything on the Amakomaya application is intended for you and your family, and not for commercial use.

The Application is not intended to replace the advice of a healthcare professional, nor to diagnose, treat, or manage any disease or medical condition. In the case of individual health problems or a medical emergency, consult a health professional or your nearest health facility.
